"Nipples of Venus"

Glorious celebration of the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Winner of eight Academy Awards, Amadeus portrays the rivalry between the genius Mozart and the jealous court composer Antonio Salieri, who may have ruined Mozart's career and shortened his life.

“They’re Roman chestnuts in brandied sugar. Try one. Go on, try one!”

Nipples of Venus (Capezzoli di Venere)
Venus, the Roman Goddess of Love, beauty and fertility also inspired Juliette Binoche in the movie Chocolat (making Nipples of Venus to tempt the very stoic and well restrained Comte de Reynaud with them). Don't confuse them with the Mozartkugel, another delicious bonbon created by the Salzburg confectioner, Paul Fürst, in 1890 and named after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

RECIPE 'NIPPLES OF VENUS'
Nipples of Venus (@allrecipes.com) are classic Italian chocolate truffles with a buttery chocolate and chestnut filling flavored with brandy, dipped in white chocolate and topped with a 'nipple' of white chocolate.
