FILM Cracking Up (1983)
Jerry Lewis classic about a nerd Warren who goes to see a shrink about his suicidal impulses. Warren is such a failure that even his many attempts to commit suicide fail. Scene: Waitress listing every option for the menu, going out for dinner American style.
Salad dressings: "We have Vinegar, Vinegar and oil, plain oil, thousand Island oil, wine oil, Russian, German, Swiss, Mayo, blue Cheese, brown cheese, cheese, cheese and bacon, bacon bits, bacon chips...."

The original title of the film was Smorgasbord. The title was changed to "Cracking Up" so late that when the characters go to see this movie, the marquee of the theater still has the original title "Smorgasbord".
Smörgåsbord is a type of Scandinavian meal served buffet-style with multiple dishes of various foods on a table, originating in Sweden.
