A workaholic chef at a fancy restaurant, single-mindedly obsessed with the perfection of her culinary creations. Scene: with her therapist she tries to work out her control issues and poor interpersonal relationships.

"Did you get the Belgian Vergeoise, like I told you. 
Are you telling me you can taste what kind of sugar I've used?"

La Vergeoise is a brown sugar mixed with molasse, made from sugar beet and obtained by the crystallization and blend of various syrups.
