The Hours "We have to go to London for Ginger"

Three women of different generations whose lives are interconnected by Virginia Woolf's Mrs. Dalloway. Scene: Virginia Woolf (Kidman) in 1920s England, struggling with depression and mental illness whilst trying to write her novel, sending her maid for a two hour trip to London for ginger.

Famous Qoute by Virginia Woolf: "One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well".

In addition to its uplifting flavour, Ginger has a long history of medicinal use for treating depression, also known for it's aphrodisiac power
